What to expect

At Faith City Kids, children from 0 to 12 years old experience engaging, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and fun way! Our Sunday School classes run every Sunday at both Summit St and St. Margaret's Bay.

We develop our own Sunday School curriculum to align with the series and themes of our main Sunday services, intentionally adapting each lesson to meet the unique needs and realities of our classes.

Here’s our offering of classes, grouped by service times:

9:00am (Summit St.)
- Seniors (gr. 5-6)
- Middles (gr. 3-4)
- Juniors (primary to gr. 2)
- Little Lambs (age 2 to pre-primary)
- Nursery (ages 0-2)
10:00am (St. Margarets Bay)
- All ages class
11:00am (Summit St.)
- Elementary class (gr. 1-6)
- Preschool class (age 2 to primary)

Children & Families Pastor

Pastor Amanda Hillier-Ball

Amanda has been serving as Children & Family Pastor at Faith since 2021. She and her husband, Michael, were both born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and are grateful to now call Halifax home as they raise their toddler, Thomas (along with their cats, Phil and Timmy). Amanda is passionate about guiding the next generation toward Jesus and helping them develop an authentic, hope-filled faith. She looks forward to meeting your family soon!
