Education Program Coordinator (Summer Position)
About the Role
The Education Program Coordinator plays a key role in bringing this vision to life by helping plan and run summer programs that create opportunities for learning, connection, and community engagement for all ages.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate summer programs and activities
- Recruit, organize, and lead volunteer teams
- Welcome and assist visitors and community groups
- Support event planning, logistics, and registrations
- Help promote events alongside the communications team
- Manage supplies and ensure activities run smoothly
- Assist with Kids Ministry and Sunday programs when needed
- Facilitate or support programs like English Conversation Club
- Provide administrative support as required
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be between 15 and 30 years old
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
