Like any home, our building requires regular maintenance and updates to stay efficient and in good working order. We are in the process of developing long term maintenance plans, however, at this time we must undertake repairs to sections of our roof, electrical and fixture updates, as well as replacement of flooring on the main level and stairs.    

Consideration is also being given to updating our heating and cooling systems to make them more efficient and cost effective.
