At FTC, we partner with many local community groups every year!

  • YMCA's Elderobics 

    Weekly on Mondays at 10:30am and Fri at 9:30am

    The YMCA is pleased to offer a workout program for seniors in our Lr. Auditorium, twice per week. 

  • Active Living for Seniors

    Weekly on Thursdays at 10:00am

    Chebucto Links is please to welcome you to is weekly Seniors' program for Physical Fitness and Education. 

    Enjoy a low-impact, high-energy workout with other seniors in our Lr. Auditorium and learn from industry professionals on topics relating to health and well being.

  • Atlantic Ministry of the Deaf

    Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1pm-3pm

    Each week, we welcome the Atlantic Ministry of the Deaf as they work with students to encourage, teach, and support them through the challenges of life. 

  • Nova Scotia NDP Council Meeting

    Saturday September 30th, 8am-5pm

    We welcome Party Leaders and members as they host their council meeting here at FTC! We at FTC honour and support those whom God has placed in city, provincial, and federal leadership positions.

  • Nova Sinfonia, Concert

    Monday October 30th, 7pm

    The Nova Sinfonia Orchestra are long-time friends of FTC.

  • Canadian Federation of University Women, Concert

    Friday November 3rd, 7pm

    CFUW has been working to improve the status of women and promote human rights, public education, social justice, and peace. 


    These are things that we at FTC care tremendously about! Join us as we host this amazing group.

  • Chebucto Symphony Orchestra, Concert

    Friday November 24t, 7:30pm

    Faith is home to the Chebucto Symphony Orchestra for both concerts and rehearsals. Come hear their fall concert at 7pm featuring Musical Director, Peter Oleskevich.

  • Nova Scotia Mass Choir, Concert

    Sunday November 26t, 7pm

    Faith is thrilled to welcome the stunning vocals of the Nova Scotia Mass Choir. All welcome.

  • Portia White Gala

    Friday December 8t, 7:30pm

    As part of the Dalhousie Medical School - Music In Medicine initiative, the Dalhousie Health Professions Chorale welcomes you to attend the Portia White Gala. Proceeds got to the Nova Scotia Talent Trust Portia White Award to assist a young NS voice student and the Dalhousie Medical Humanities (HEALS) program intitiatives that provide opportunities for health professions' students to enhance their training.

  • HCA Christmas Concert

    Wednesday December 13t, 7pm

    Halifax Christian Academy welcomes you to join them for a theatrical production of singing and acting as their students celebrate the birth of Jesus, in their annual Christmas Concert.

  • Messiah From Scratch

    Sunday December 27t, 2pm

    The Chebucto Symphony Orchestra invites you to participate in their annual Messiah from Scratch interactive performance! All welcome.

  • Halifax All-City Music, Concert

    Monday January 15t, 7pm

    We are excited to welcome the Halifax Regional School Board's Halifax All-City Music Program for their winter concert. Well known conductor Nathan Beeler and his fantastically talented students are something to see! The public is always welcome to see our city's rising young musicians.
